- Conduct move out inspection
- Monthly Drive by inspection to make sure property is in compliance
- with city ordinances
- Schedule and supervise normal maintenance and repairs of property.
- Scheduled communication with tenants.
- Initiation of eviction proceedings
- Online Portal for Owners and Tenants

- Tenant screening for credit history, evictions, employment history and prior rental history.
- Negotiation of the best possible price and terms
- Viewing and Showing of the property

- Prepare and execute rental agreement on CAR contract
- Collect first month rent and security deposit
- Conduct initial move in inspection and note any needed repairs
- Prepare complete packet and deliver to owner/landlord
